R.C. Associates Consulting, Inc. is an Engineering firm providing Civil Engineering and Planning services in Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey.

R.C. Associates was founded by Ray Carpenter following a successful career with the NJDOT. R.C. Associates was started as an affordable engineering solution for the local Monmouth and Ocean County Areas. In 2005, R.C. Associates Consulting, Inc. was incorporated and Ray led the company for an additional 20 years. In 2025, William Merunka, took over as President and Owner and works to ensure the company provides the same high level of service that people have come to expect from us.

We maintain a large network of specialty consultants that can address any element of your projects development including: surveying, architectural, geotechnical, structural, environmental, traffic, landscaping, legal and many more. Based upon the projects needs, we will assemble the most efficient team for your project to ensure it is completed on-time.
